Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry plan to meet on Tuesday in the Russian Black Sea resort of Sochi to discuss Ukraine, Yemen, Syria and Iran, RIA news agency quoted a diplomatic source as saying.
"We hope he (Kerry) will bring something new, some fresh look towards ... (the situation in) Ukraine and bilateral relations," the source told RIA.
The source added that Kerry's visit was "very important" but Moscow did not expect it to be "breakthrough".
